If they are original game discs, forget it. It's not something a novice should try. Just try to find copies of them already dumped to image files...

Copying original games cannot be done on a CD burner. You have to connect your Dreamcast to your PC by serial cable, boot a special "Serial Slave" disc on the Dreamcast and dump the files to your computer. This takes all night/day to accomplish even if you know what you're doing. Then you have to extract the files from the file you dumped, patch files, etc, and then burn them to a disc. Not the easiest thing to do.

If you're referring to games that were already copied to CDR discs, and you want to make another copy of them, you can try Nero or DiscJuggler to make a copy.
