I've the same problem with the Settler 5 - DVD.
When i copy all files to a folder on my HD and try to install from there, setup tells me for almost each file "It's not the same like in the cab archive". Same error when i try to install from a image, made with Alcohol 120%. Starting the game with this image in virtual drive don't gives me the "Please insert correct DVD" - message, but also didn't start the game. It just closed the process (seen in TaskManager). I think we have to wait (two weeks at least) until a crack is released. If anyone knows how to make a fixed mini image of a Safedisc protected DVD, please let me know.
