they just do that for surveys. You can just say that you no longer have cable or something.

I still have my retail Xbox Hardrive but have it loaded with software (xbmc, emulators, etc.), Is it possible that I could get banned?

No ones sure yet what exactly MS is checking.. They said the best possible approach would to be using a retail drive without any modificaitons at all.. Including homebrew and things of that nature. I had homebrew, my backups, and other software on the box.. So god knows what they didn't see on mine.
It still hasn't been pinpointed yet.. But it took me awhile to get banned.. So they may be looking at users randomly. Just because you haven't been banned yet doesn't mean you can't be. |
