Dreamcast reading problems

I have that same problem, except it doesnt read regular games, but it DOES read burned games.. i hear its a cheap and easy repair at a local gaming place, just as long as you dont send it to sega. Not quite sure yet though, someone else respond?

I was playing a burned skies of arcadia when my dreamcast suddenly froze. I then tried to re####t the machine and it would not read any of my games burned or not. If you have any info on the subject please respond.
