I used an exacto knife. Put the blade under the leg and heat the leg with the soldering iron. While its placed gently push the leg up with the exacto. Don't leave the soldering iron on too long or you can burn the board.

I use a steel pick with the tip bent to a tiny hook shape, put the pick under the Pin and heat it up with the iron and LIFT.

.... i didnt even use heat. i just used a metal wire bent into a hook, shoved it under it lifted with all my care. it came off with no force at all. mine was version 9
