Can I make an unbootable backup self-boot?

yeh unplugged me scart lead last night after reading some of the previous posts and me coaster works booted no problem.

but still, would like to no about that missin ip.bin as i have a few more dodgy selfbooters that id like to fix.
waynes idea seems worth havin a crack at to see if when makin a selfbooter you can still keep an accessible ip.bin file on your cd by havin 2 copys of the ip.bin 1 in the data folder and 1 in the selfboot directory-ready for patchin to the iso.
unfortunately i wanna fix a not workin selfbooter without ip.bin though.
is there an ip.bin creator out there that i could use to fix these dodgy selfbooters?
