I don't think the trainer is the problem. It has nothing to do with the startup. You only sent it and tried to reboot so it will show, right?
Which x2 bios do you have? And can you boot from a cd? Is your original xboxdash.xbe still named xboxdash.xbe, or did you rename it to something like msxboxdash.xbe?

hey... i did boot from cd and was able to ftp my xbox!! i am unsure of what x2 bios i have but if u talk to mike he may fill u in!
thanks so far but is there anyway to get it going!

I have the +10 trainer and it works fine. If you delete the trainer file, does your xbox work like normal?
Usually the rebooting is caused by an unset time with a renamed original xboxdash.xbe, but you can load off of a disk, so it rules that out. Besides, newer bios set the time automatically if not set, to prevent that problem.

well i got it fixed.. i just booted from dvd-r.. a few times then i told it to boot MS dashboard and it loaded my original evoX dash and now it works fine!!
ALL i know is that i am happy that it works again!

ok same thing happend again! i was trying to look through my games and try to get halo2 to work and the same thing happend! only this time i cant get it back by telling it to boot ms dash!
any ideas?
