Only way I'm aware of would require the IP.BIN to be present on the self-boot disc (when you look at it on a PC). Since all self-boot discs I've seen (or made) don't have the IP.BIN anymore, this would be quite difficult. Also, the BOOT.BIN (1st_read.bin, usually) is patched for self-boot, so you'd need an unpatched BOOT.BIN file for that game.

I played around with Disc Juggler and finally got it to copy the entire multisession disc successfully. I can't recall exactly how (I'm not at home right now), but I believe I went into ADVANCED and unmarked all the boxes. Set the default to Mode-2, Block 2336, CD-XA TOC.

I made a self-boot copy of CrazyTaxi and was able to copy it to another disc using DiscJuggler. I also copied another one that has quite a few audio files, using Disc Juggler.
