Pal to Jap patches....?

well on a pal t.v. what happenes is , the all console plays B&W
including the PS logo and the booting sequence
with the backup on a muliregion t.v.
the logo is in color and the game itself is B&W
i will try to patch it agian .....
b.t.w the ntsc j could be it a thought about it but i don't know how to check it out .

every one has to come out with a diffrent display system don't they ?
