Is this the same (but localized) game like DEL Eishockey Manager 2005 by JoWood Productions ???

Nope, not at all. It's the game from Sigames.com, the same ones that made Championship Manager and so on

I think that's becuase the latest patch IS only protected with CD-Checks. And no big crackers give's a dam about cd-checks.
