It doesn't matter how you word it. You are asking for copyrighted game files. It does not matter if you own the game or not, since it is illegal for someone to distribute copyrighted material.
Xbox and PC are considered completely different platforms. So you having a PC version in no way entitles you to the xbox version. It is like owning a game with your favorite song in it. Then seeing that song in another game but better quality. It is illegal to take the better quality song, even though you have a lower quality on another disk. You might as well be asking for the entire xbox game, and saying it is ok because you own the PC version. so please, don't ask again.
