Cant say ive done this, but its simple enough to do in theory.

Extract the sessions using CDRwin, as well as the audio.

reburn the tracks, using the same session structure and substute your wav data with the tracks you prefer. So long as no #####ing is done regarding playback rate and stuff is done it should work.
