cgl most people see soldering as a hard job specially when you sell the layout of the mobo for the first time puts people off. Another factor is cost as well. Sometimes cost isnt an issue but depends which chip you go for. if your in the usa i would go with this guy www.norcalmods.com very reliable good reputation.
