As process of elimination, it could well be there if it worked before this wire was loose. If not, check the BIOS pins (Known for Black Screens), and if it still won't work, uninstall the chip and then try it. Hopefully it'll power on alright then

You might also want to check Q,T,U,V,R&W If that doesn't work and the alts are OK, I'd uninstall, check the console is working fine and then redo...
