That one is better, simply because it will last as long as a pc-dvd-ro mwould last.
by the way, youe ebay link actually has nothing do to with xbox yet. It is just a PC dvd-rom that you can find almost anywhere, for probably cheaper. The specific one has not been hacked or modified in any way yet. That is why most will sell for over $100 hacked
