Ok. Last night I did the Romeo Mod and it was successful and I have begun installing the chip. Hopefully I will finish it tonight. Thanks

lol... i just used electrical tape and wrapped the tape in a circle so it would be a makeshift double sided tape
 it is sorta elevated so the chip doesnt touch the board, and also it seems pretty secure

Yeah you can do that, just make sure not to use too much to get too big a loop on the tape, otherwise you can push it up to the groundplate
