A component is not seated properly ( ram, pci cards, agp cards, cpu) Try to power up the mobo with no extras hooked up, by extras I mean hdd fdd, sound card. Only use the video, ram, & cpu. It should atleast boot the bios info. If you still get nothing, you may have damaged your mobo and/or cpu. If this is the case, you should consult with a tech and be prepared to replace both. In many cases the mobo and cpu are both damaged. (not always) You should visit a local tech to be absolutely sure. My first recommendation would be to visit the place you bought it from.
