Hello again.
Unfortunately, we stopped producing N64 games, but you can still find great games, both brand new and used through the second-hand market. Sincerely, Nintendo of America, Inc. i guess the games are obsolete

Obsolete how? Just because Nintendo America has stopped distributing games (the Japenese Arm has'nt), does not mean roms are now legal. I think you need to learn about Copyright laws.

~WoMeNlOvEr ... so far ive moddded xboxes with: 2 Matrixes 3 Xbits My xbox!: -250 gig -XBIT -4981.06 x2 -orange led for light, matching beautifully with the orange x in the splash screen -Component cable my problem...solved?!: -one of my friends says he can get about 450 files off it!... and now i havent seen him for about 4 months..and ive written him like 11 emails.. WHERE THE HELL IS HE?! :mad: [B]OWNED! <3 TylerDurden![/B]

Usually when a company decides something is free, they announce it. (The actual company does, like what happened with Tribes?)
Now for nintendo to announce that (which it didnt) means that they have a hidden reason for doing so. Never out of the goodness of their heart will they just say "here, instead of me making 1 cent every 10 years out of this, you can have it for free" Corporations actually like to keep patents and copyright stuff lying around forever cause they might just get some money out of it (sometimes by infringement lawsuits even)
