The pal version needs patching.
#1 get the latest dvd2xbox. 0.5.9 i think #2 download this acl and put it into the acl folder (right click and save as): http://dvd2xbox.xbox-scene.com/acl/56550026_pal.acl #3 Delete the game from your hdd. Make sure acl is set to yes in the settings of dvd2xbox (press white button i think for settings) #4 re-copy It should work
