Sometimes programs are just made that way. Because there is really no need to burn that slow. Burners nowadays are a lot more advanced than the days that we actually needed to burn at 1x. So many are more than capable of burning at higher speeds without problems and with the same quality as if they burned them at 1x.

Yes this may be true, But I have a new burner and a old one
and I have found that with same protections need slower speeds
|
