pin 1 (Receive+) to pin 3 (Transmit+)
pin 2 (Receive-) to pin 6 (Transmit-)
pin 3 (Transmit+) to pin 1 (Receive-)
pin 6 (Transmit-) to pin 2 (Receive+)

Leave the rest alone

Basicly the same princable as a null modem cable
