Wouldnt say you have an original
 The only Version which dont needs the cd is the rip Command & Conquer Gold which is spreaded on some sites. The XP-Fix doesnt replace the executable only a dll file. The rip works like this: start.bat: "c&c95.exe" -cd[cdfolder] cdfolder is a dir in the dir of c&c which contains all files which are on one of the cds so you could make a dir with the nod files and one with the gdi files. gdi.bat: "c&c95.exe" -cdgdi nod.bat: "c&c95.exe" -cdnod
