Kill.Switch Crack

Sorry i have to say either your install is ****ed or something else because im through the game without any of yous written things. So either it are Game bugs or i dont know. Kill Switch had 12 pcoded function which are used for hidden checks and so on and neither i nor my friend that got me the reloaded version had the problem you discribed and we both finished the Game. To bad the RLD crack is fine .

I've only played the game with the Reloaded crack itself overwriting my originals. I wouldn't be able to post in here long if I was using the pure Reloaded rip. Since I own the originals, and since the crack overwrites the necessary files, I would assume it would work properly.

You say your not having the same problems, but have you ever experienced what I'm suggesting? Where the level loads, and you have the weapons from the previous levels, but if you exit to desktop, and reload the level, all you have is the one weapon? No matter what I do this happens, even if I choose a seperate save file. If I continue playing level to level I still have the weapons, but as soon as I quit, and reload it messess up bad (I've gone as far as level 4 to make sure). Works fine for the first 2 (training and level 1), but not after level 2. I'm sure that if I got as far as the next cinematic it would work, but I have a feeling it would mess up again later.

Well, after much trial and error I think I've found a way, at least for me, around this little problem. I loaded up the pure RELOADED version of the game that the crack was from, and which mische seems to have no problems with. Now, before anyone bans me note that I do own the original, and it shouldn't matter which copy I use, mine or the RELOADED one, since I do own the original CDs.

After having installed the RELOADED version I still had the same problem with the weapons disappearing after reloading a level. I had just restarted the game, loaded a level, aborted, then loaded a different level. This is when I noticed something odd. If I load the first save (the one that has the intro in it, and which is the one for start of the overall missison) then load the last save game (in this case mission #4) I will start that mission with the M4 (which is the starting weapon for the first save btw). Now, I don't know about you, but this is pissing me off. At least this time I have a decent weapon with plenty of ammo, but I should also have the AK47, and AKU. BTW: for those that have made it to the oil rig, load up the first level, then load an older one (like the 4th one). You'll notice that you have both he M4 AND the Snpier rifle. Go figure. Oh well.. I can wait... I still have my Xbox version, and now I have this work around if I decide to play the PC version.

Alright.. I deleted the last post cuz of something I found. If it works I'm sending in the new crack to GCW, and posting it here too. Take a look at the new NFO file from RELOADED about the Kill.Switch release. In it they say "Granted we ****ed up with our release of the game by not checking it properly."

The most likely reason my crack doesn't work is cuz its from the 1rst release that RELOADED did. Not because of my install being screwed up. Not because of me. Because RELOADED screwed up. This new nfo file isn't the same one that is included in the crack that GameCopyWorld has posted. I'm downing the new one now, and I'll bet you that it fixes the issues I'm having with the game.

Oke, there is 1 crack on GCW is this the 'Good' one or is this the one with the freaky 'bugs' ? Cause you got me confused by now:P. If this is the Buggy one, when will the 'good' one arrive on GCW?

Fine.. fine.. I'll stop posting, I'll admit this is getting outta hand. This started as a suggestion by me, and deteriated from there.

All I know is that I'm seriously having issues with this game, and with this crack. I've tried it on 2 machines, with 2 different operating systems, and every time I load a saved game it does the same thing (and no, not the saved game from the other machine). Maybe I shouldn't have posted that link. As your suggesting they probably are just pooching with each other, and I've mistook the 2 different nfos. I getcha point...

What I want to know is if anyone has tried the one on GCW? Actually, give it a try Alfred. Tell me what happens when you try to load a saved game that is past lvl 2 or 3. (quit the game to the desktop, then go load a save) If you start with one weapon (the shotgun), post it here. One poster said he started with the shotgun every time, yet he says that's normal. It's not. Trust me, it's not. I've played my originals on a friends machine, and I know that for a fact. If you start with the weapons you should have, then post it.. please post it, and I'll admit I'm a tit.
