I'd consider using the latest version of 7 Zip from w*w.7-zip.org, v3.13, as it will compress those files better and save your bandwidth. Plus, 7 zip is free to use.

Guys, you might not wanna use the crack. I've played the Xbox version, and I know what weapons you get during the game, so you can sure as hell bet I was shocked into a coma when I got to the 3rd mission (2nd if you don't count the training)! I played up to the beginning of the mission last night, and this morning I loaded up the save. Well.. god damnit.. wouldn't you know it, but all I had was a freaking shotgun! Even picking up dead guys weapons wouldn't get me new ones. In the end I get killed cuz I've run outta ammo for my stinking shotgun. I know for a fact that you carry your weapons over from mission to mission (in most cases), so this, to me, seems that the game is still protected some how. Oh well, back to the originals for me.

Well first in the PC version it is like that, you always start with shotgun and pickup the weapons from deads. I hoped you were right but no way
ic hcekced myself. I could pickup and use weapons from deads and tracing through the functions and checks doesnt show something that prevents you from using the weapons u pick up too (which worked for me) im in level 5 actualy with no probs with the RELOADED crack and 2 friends finished the game already also with no probs. So what you wrote is simply wrong.

I think the majority of people are put off learning the art of cracking purely because of the ammount of knowledge, effort and time needed to get a firm understanding of the art.

It's why I can only manage to do simple CD Checks

Yes, you were right, I was wrong, but ONLY about the weapons pickup, and not the rest.

I just tested it again (just incase I was messing it up). I played up until after the 2nd save this time (the mission that you have to kill the general in called "Slight Change of Plan") instead of the 3rd save. I had 3 weapons including the M60 (or M4?) you start with (and no shotgun btw). I played the level a bit, then aborted the mission, quit the game to my desktop, and loaded the game back up. Sure enough all I had was the shotgun after the level loaded! For one thing you shouldn't have acces to the shotgun until MUCH later in the game. Yes, I was able to pick up other weapons, but your telling me that it's standard for the game to do this? I mean, how can I start the level with all the weapons from the previous one, but when I load the level after having quit the game it resets to a shotgun? Uh, yeah, right... Sorry friend, but it's the crack that's messed up, and not the way the game plays.

For some reason this game will not load off the originals cuz of Starforce (rather the game won't play), so until it's fixed I guess I'll play the Xbox version again. At least then I can load the game with ALL my previous weapons intact.

Note: you have to play up to the 2nd save called "Slight Change of Plans" for this bug to rear its head. The first save plays the intro to the level, and it will always gives you the right weapons when the level loads. Not so, however, after the 2nd save.

Edit: One thing I've noticed is that when you get ammo for the M4 on that particular level you have your weapon available again. Now, either the game is removing all the weapons 'cept the shotgun (which you shouldn't have anyways), or the game is removing all the ammo for the weapons when you reload a level. Since your only picking up ammo this last part would make more sense.

Sorry i have to say either your install is ****ed or something else because im through the game without any of yous written things. So either it are Game bugs or i dont know. Kill Switch had 12 pcoded function which are used for hidden checks and so on and neither i nor my friend that got me the reloaded version had the problem you discribed and we both finished the Game. To bad the RLD crack is fine .
