Yeah, you can install colour fixes to chip installs which outputs all games in a certain format PAL/NTSC (i.e.: like the Messiah 2)

 So it's not the country of the console which is important... it's the modchip ok got it Another question: if I have a PAL PS2 (I'm French so we have PAL hardware) can I use a Messiah 2 which plays all games in NTSC? And also is this the only modchip that can do it? Are there others? And if I have a Messiah 2 how can I do it? I've readen lots of posts about PAL-->NTSC converters... so they obviously don't have this kind of modchip... am I wrong? Thanks in advance

I think you can do it with pretty much all chips, but Messiah 2 has the fix on the diagrams...

Just look at the sites. Take a look at the diagrams, and if it's available, it'll be there for all to see
