ADR Patcher can now be found here:
http://www.fileforums.com/showthread...d=1#post264516 Just load the above patch files up and you can try your own generic pal2ntsc or ntsc2pal patches. NOTE: May not work on all games, this is a generic patcher. Tyler!

using on HDL
im trying to play uefa champions league 2005 (pal) on my ntsc tv
when i convert it using the basic patcher that adr patcher comes with the screen is not centered... i tried using the .patches file u listed but when i use one with Y-Fix it says cant find a patch location or already patched... even tho its not (tried both ISO and SLUS alone)

Like I said, its a Generic Patcher. Its not gods gift to ps2 ntsc/pal patching. If it works then "Sweet!" if not then you gotta search or wait for a real patch to come out.
