No Idea what to do!!!!!!

Guys I have no Idea what to do.
I have cdrwin and just d\l THPS 2

Do I need a boot disc?
what do I do in CDRWIN?
and what file do I take
the NFO or PPF

None of them You'll have to take the *.cue file if it's in bin/cue format and you'll have to use DISCJUGGLER if it's a *.cdi file.
