Just to inform you a little more. There is no "american directory" because there is no "american" language, america is just the country. The majority just speaks english, so we have an english dictionary (among others). Ass is a word, slang or not. Dictionaries are designed to inform people what the words of OUR TIME mean, that is why they are updated, and have many different publishers.

I've just started playing DOOM:TNT and am about to play Heretic and the Hexen. There's a genial DOOM engine called Doomsday available for free at http://www.doomsdayhq.com . When you're done downloading the engine, make sure to download the music packages (ahhh!), the hi-res texture packages (AHHH!) and the 3D monster packages (AYIEH!!! ).

Oh, by the way, Doomsday, probably, allows you to play online (via private server?), too.
