i had a previous problem withfarcry and UT2k4 dvds
i think my nforce2 mboard & my sata were the culprits. when u use sata it installs a scsi / virtual driver like daemon tools and alcohol 120% i was thinking though (with starforce) in the previous post in this thread ppl kept talking about how it checks or modifies the ide driver since i use sata for my hard drives and use my cdrom on the ide channel would thiis procedure still work with out the 1.2 patch thanks for letting everyone know about a work around
