Golf Shiyouyo 2 RGB Fix?

I opened the myfile.bin with pal patcher and it says:
Pal Protection 2
Pal Protection 3
Pal Protection 1
Pal Protection 1

Do I have to patch all of these in order to make the game work with pal RGB cable?

somebody successfully fixed this game to work with PAL RGB cable?

First I applied all patches that pal patcher found, so that's protection 2,3,1,1 no success

then I only applied 2,1,1 and it resets after the sega screen

so I only need to apply pal patch 1 for this game?
