Benq CRW 4012A
Hi,
I have a Benq CRW 4012A and up until recently it's been working fine. But for some reason it's not going to accept the fact that blank media has been inserted into it. It plays all original cd's, music etc but as soon as I try to put any type of CDR & CDRW then Nero & Windows XP inform me that there's either no blank cd inserted or the drives not ready, which is a total pain. I've got all these CDRW's which I can't do anything with let alone back up my comp. I've tried uninstalling the drive then reinstalling it, flashing it & uninstalling my various pieces of software as to no avail. If anyone can help It'd be most appreciated. Keith |

Hi,
I've already tried that. I went to the Benq website download the firmware and flashed the drive...no difference. Cheers anyway Keith |
