Every time i try to start up this thing, it clicks than restarts. im perty sure its something with the hard drive...i cant replace it cuz im poor and the waranty is out cuz i got this like 3 years ago.

If it has been 3 years then you are SOL cause I doubt it has that long of a warranty.
