i'm no expert but iused nero and it worked almost every time.
 my best results are when i select the CD-copy icon on the left of nero. and for discJ when u start a new task select CD player to CD recordr instead of CD premastering to .......;-p you get the picture.let me know if this worked for you jenny, peace
