Does anyone know how to edit MPEGS?

Hey, out there.

I have a Panasonic camera that shoots mpegs and stills.
The only problem is that I don't have a program
to edit the Willy on Porn, once I have downloaded
to my computer.
I can change it to my face, or my stomach,
and then edit the video, but I lose sight of my willy.

Does anyone have a solution to MY problem!

ps, I'm bored at work if you didn't already guess!
