Burning propellar arena and HL

ok,yesterday i screwed up 2 cds trying to burn propellar arena,my problem is,is that i for some reason cant burn .cdis well, when i convert them to .nrgs it works ALL the time, but PA couldnt be converted because the cdi2nero doesnt support that type of .cdi,i think.
i dont really know why i always seem to have problems with cdis,i have a demo 4 version of discjuggler and i tried everything to get it cracked but without success.
i also wanted to convert Cauptan's(or something) street fighter alfa 3,dead or alive 2(real edition i think, not the LE by echlon) but it gave me the same error that the converter didnt support that type of file.

and on a side note,i have vanishing point, when i unrar it i get 2 files .mds and .mdf,i absolutely have no idea how to burn those, any suggestions anyone please?

i have a cracked version of nero6(works fine with my nrgs) and a120percent,discjuggler is the only demo version that always fails.

thanks,ß
