I have to say, Blockbuster are a bit hit and miss when I rent games from them as to whether there is a manual with it, which makes playing the game fun to say the least

so in that respect an online manual store would be handy

but the threat of piracy would be too great to risk having all those manuals in one place

if u're manual has been lost/damaged/eaten, get in touch with the publishers of the game - they may be able to send u a new manual if u provide them with proof of purchase
