~WoMeNlOvEr ... so far ive moddded xboxes with: 2 Matrixes 3 Xbits My xbox!: -250 gig -XBIT -4981.06 x2 -orange led for light, matching beautifully with the orange x in the splash screen -Component cable my problem...solved?!: -one of my friends says he can get about 450 files off it!... and now i havent seen him for about 4 months..and ive written him like 11 emails.. about the overheating has anyone tried the xbox cooling fan add ons out there trying to find out if i should buy one cause i am having problems after the xbox has been on for 45 minutes or so with out gameplay just transfering files the baud rate goes down to zero and i error out but after i let the xbox sit for 30 minutes or so it is fine again any ideas or suggs.?

I have. I currently have a 80mm fan and a hdd fan. Thing is, whats heatin up is my motherboard. Gotta figure a way to put another fan in there.

I'm not so sure I have faith in something that cheap either but if it makes you feel better then $10 isnt much to pay for peace of mind.

i have been overheating while playing driver 3 and the screen jumps or skips but i cleaned out the dust bunnies and it still happens is the fan in the back a cheap piece of cr@p? i was thinking of putting in a higher flow fan but i hav been told the fan is a different voltage
