Stuck at the end of the BBA process - Help me Xena or anyone?

SO I am assuming that it doesn't matter what you use...
Anyway, I can't get the thing to work. I saw in another tutorial that I should use gdhack.exe. Is that necissary? WHat exactly do I have to do to the 1st_read.bin to get this thing to work. I'm going crazy. Please help- Thanks
