Bincon 0WINCEOS.BIN 1WINCEOS.BIN

Delete 0WINCEOS.BIN

Rename 1WINCEOS.BIN 0WINCEOS.BIN

Start IPBIN4WIN, Open up the ip.bin file,
turn the "SXXA OS Used" Box on
Click Patch.

Follow Echelon selfboot method step by step.
