blahh, tried about 5 ways and still coasters!

even if i copy all files to drive and burn them to disk, installing the game makes me revert to original disk, or iso imaged disk only!
pretty tight lock on the disks.
do we think if i can download an iso image of the last install disk a solution might happen?

the solution i think would be take it bk to the shop or if the guarantee is out contact technical support of the company and im sure theyll be happy to exchange as long as u send them the cd thats damaged

nope no warez talking here, but i might be able to get it from a bro with the game, hust curious about the small conflict i am haing here with the 5th disk.
and luci you mentioned abut alcohol 120 being able to set it to the securom detect, maybe someone could direct me to the download site of that particular burnr program, lota hunting and no luck,

ps, i noticed the cecurom mode you talked about, but it only goes up yo 4.????
the securom we are dealing with is 5.?? have is there one that supports it?

Don't bother now.

Don't bother with making a copy-protected backup copy at this point since the lastest update to the game (and presumably all future updates) no longer uses the copy-protection. There were a significant number of problems with DVD drives and the copy-protection, so Atari got rid of it.

Another new update to UT2004 will be released shortly as it is in public beta test.

Welll i have beaten it for now, play with no cd play disk and all the goods.
the main trick i found was that files need to go into the system folder of the game!!!!!

find them here under ut 2004!!!!!
