GD-ROM backups/ripping

I will not be on the net on the evenings this week but I shall be on here tomorrow to see how you both get on!!!!

As I have not successfully ripped a GD ROM yet maybe the 2 boot files will be created automatically.

Worst case scenario I will not go the self boot route .... I think I know why I get a corrupt extract though so it has been useful.
