RIGHT, i think your recording to a cdrw so here it goes.
Copy all the files you want to your harddrive yea. Then erase the cdrw can take up to 20 min to do this so be patient dont do a quick erase as its naf! Now the cdrw is blank rerecord the files u want and then u have recorverd the space
