Two discs - same game - both scratched

I have two copies of a game - 1 original and 1 backup. But the problem is that they're both scratched!

But I do have all the data among the two discs. The first 10% of the original is OK, then 10%--->70% of the backup is OK, then 70% onwards of the original is OK. I don't have a complete unscratched disc, but I can get it if I extract the first 10% sectors of the first disc and add them to the next 60 of the backup, etc.

So is there a way to combine the OK sectors from the first disc with the OK sectors of the second? Can it be done on CDRWin?
