do a search for mod-chips on the net and see what other diagrams are available.

Be very careful to make sure not one bit of soldier is touching anything else, some soldier points are so small they can still contact another point plus the image for the mod may be misleading as to what the actually soldier point is so look long and hard to make sure your getting the exact spot needed for the connection, one point out of place or a sliver of soldier making contact with something else can easily screw up the mod.
