D2 US on a Euro dreamcast

Hello! I just bought a us version of D2 that I can boot with the Utopia bootcd. But when I need to chance cd (at start game: cd1 to cd4 to see the intro movie) the cd4 is not recognised!!!

Will I have the same problem during game (so I will be blocked!!!) or the saving system of the game is similar to Shenmue (save first, the reboot from the next cd)

Please help!!!
