COD 1.4 nocd

Call of Duty 1.4 update has been out since April 20th, but I haven't seen any nocd.exe yet for SP.

Thanks. I can use the 1.3 nocd fix to start the game and play, but it still indicates at the main page that I have 1.3 but I already patched to 1.4

it's ok patch 1.4 includes singleplayer update 1.3 and multiplayer update 1.4 so the singleplayer is still 1.3 only the mp was changed to 1.4!
