they have cooling mods
and if i can recall u have an x2 lite.. but do u have ur original xbox taht had the hdd in it? try soem of these tutorials for cooling ur box: http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/fan.php http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/potentiometer.php http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/hddfan.php http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/water-cooled.php i also recommend modifying the bios in ur xbox with xbtool to use more fan % i dunno if the heat sink fans can wear out.. anyone else?

~WoMeNlOvEr ... so far ive moddded xboxes with: 2 Matrixes 3 Xbits My xbox!: -250 gig -XBIT -4981.06 x2 -orange led for light, matching beautifully with the orange x in the splash screen -Component cable my problem...solved?!: -one of my friends says he can get about 450 files off it!... and now i havent seen him for about 4 months..and ive written him like 11 emails..
