o u still have the original hdd?
good... hmm if it didnt boot with the original hdd... could be some problem.. unless u want ur hdd to be useless... u gotta keep that xbox cuz u did lock it? in the original xbox? and do u still have warranty for the hdd? .. and seaney.. hardcore is one word
