Disc Read Error

So my attempts to fix my broken ps2 have been in vain.

So my second ps2 has a lazer that would work in it, but while trying to swap lazers I have done something which has stopped the ps2 from opening the disc tray or even loading.

The red light comes on and i can power the ps2 on but no picture comes on and the eject button no longer works. I think I might have blown a fuse or something. At least I have the other non modded ps2 still, just means all my backups are useless

If anyone knows how i can fix the eject or whatever, or knows of someone who wants to buy a broken ps2 which is also modded or something lemme know.
