why are you wasting your time with the boot disk just convert your non self boot to self boots it literally takes minutes and then the time to burn the disc at whatever speed you burn it at,
if you are stubborn then get the nero image form, that is the one i used like six months ago and it worked with the default settings worked fine the first try, look if you have an ftp i will up it to you just mail me regards webber
